We were not here in June 2013 of course, so we missed the inauguration of the Plaza Los Arcos with a new fountain and an excellent batch of new bronze sculptures. Somehow we also missed this entirely during our 2014 visit – it is along the famous “Arcos” aqueduct, but a bit farther out from the center than we ever go. But gradually we started seeing references to it and figured out where it was. So we made a special trip on a city bus (10 minutes or so) to visit the new attraction. It is very attractive, especially with the Arcos in the background. A bit hard to capture photographically, though. But here’s our album of the Plaza Los Arcos.

And a bonus: another Chichimeca Conchero dancer, added more recently at the northeast corner of Alameda Hidalgo.
