During the week of February 21, two faculty members from the University of Barcelona, Spain, visited the TEC campus in Cuernavaca. Antonio Bartolomé and Yolanda Tortajada led seminars every day, with participation from 12 to 15 faculty here at TEC de Monterrey. This was the group that joined me today, Tuesday, March 7, for the first in a weekly series of seminars for science faculty. We're looking at examples of courses using innovative teaching and learning methods, usually involving technology. We discussed Bill Siegmann's Differential Equations course today.
