Home at Arteaga #12

Here's where we are staying this winter. We are happy with the large apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 baths), and with our landlord, Simon Schaap. We are located one block and a half from the closest plaza, Constitución. That is, we are right in the heart of the "Centro Historico". No better place exists.
